Bring your crew to DubDub AI Arcade for birthdays, friend-group hangouts, team events, family celebrations, tournament nights, and creative AI-powered group play. Choose a full arcade takeover for a private event, or keep it casual with our informal party rate for smaller groups that want the DubDub party feel without reserving the whole arcade.

We make the setup simple: bring your group, bring your food if you want, and we will help you shape the experience around the kind of event you want, from casual free play to tournaments, AI-led adventures, creative prompts, and party moments that feel different from the usual options.

Choose Your Party Style

• Groups of 5 or fewer: If you just want to play during regular arcade hours, book regular AI Gaming Station time through our standard reservation system.
• Informal party rate: Best for smaller groups of 5 to 9 guests. It is $20 per person per hour and is not a full arcade takeover, so the arcade may still be open to other guests.
• Whole-arcade takeover: Best for private birthday parties, larger groups, corporate events, team nights, and groups that want the arcade to themselves.

• 12 RTX 4090 AI Gaming Stations with premium PC gaming and Google AI Pro access.
• 6 PlayStation / Nintendo Switch stations for console play.

• Group support for casual free play, mini tournaments, AI activities, and party-style hangouts.

Pricing

Informal Party Rate

• $20 per person per hour, with a 1-hour minimum for informal parties.
• Designed for groups of 5 to 9 guests.
• Groups of 5 or fewer that just want regular play can book standard AI Gaming Station reservations during arcade hours.
• Not a full arcade takeover; your group shares the arcade with normal guests when the arcade is open.
• Good fit for smaller birthday groups, friend hangouts, family outings, and casual celebrations.
• Extra staff attention to help keep games flowing smoothly during the party.
• Example: 5 guests for 1 hour is $100. 9 guests for 1 hour is $180.

Whole-Arcade Takeover

• $200 per hour for a private whole-arcade party or group event.
• 2-hour minimum for whole-arcade takeovers.
• 2-hour party: $400.
• 3-hour party: $600.
• Room for up to 18 guests, with 12 to 15 guests as the sweet spot.
• Custom party lengths are available on request.

Both formats include the core DubDub party perks: bring your own food if you want, discounted in-store snacks and products, the free DubDub T-shirt promo through August while supplies last, and patio access when available. Optional add-ons can be included depending on the event.

Availability

Informal parties can only be booked during regular arcade hours, when we can confirm enough station availability for your group. Whole-arcade takeovers are available outside normal arcade hours when the space is available. Weekdays, weekends, earlier starts, later nights, open-hour parties, and closed-door private events are all options for whole-arcade takeovers.

Arcade hours can vary week by week and even hour by hour, and they may change without notice, including same-day changes. Please check our Google listing often when planning your visit.

DubDub AI Arcade is located at 279 Bon Air Center in Greenbrae, behind Peet’s Coffee near the bocce court, with easy access from Highway 101 and nearby Marin communities.

• Photo and video pack – $50 per hour for digital photos and videos captured with our professional camera.
• Professional DJ – $200 per hour, with at least one week of notice.
• Party favor grab bags – $8 to $15 per guest.
• Tournament organization – $35 per hour.

• AI-led party games, creative prompts, and AI D&D-style adventures – ask us what would fit your group.

How To Book

Use the DubDub Concierge chat on this page to request a party date, ask questions, and share your preferred date, time, guest count, party style, and whether you want the informal party rate or a whole-arcade takeover. The concierge will guide you through the party request flow and help collect the details we need.

Once we confirm your slot availability, we will send a secure Stripe link for the full party total to confirm your party in the system.
